ARTIST C.R.U.X
Can't Really Understand Xkrát (C.R.U.X)'s name came from an ill fated tour of Europe in which we ended up playing in the basement of a Hotel in Prague after travelling 1000 odd miles from Manchester in a brand new car that wasn't ours basically this means that we will do anything and go to any lengths to play a gig, so even if we sound rubbish we're at least reliable!!! C.R.U.X eached their present incarnation in early 2008 when the latest in a long line of drummers was added to their line up and as of yet she hasn't died or been sacked so things are looking good for this young new band from Manchester (we say Manchester, the bassist was born in Sheffield and the Drummer in Liverpool so we're more of a Nothern amalgamation) As you can pobably tell however, both singer guitarist originate from Manchester) C.R.U.X like nothing more than playing a gig and going out to get wasted, much like every other band in the world!!
Influences: We don't necessarily sound like these bands, they're just who we like! Greenday, The Offspring, Therapy?, NOFX, Bad Religion, Dead Kennedys, Weezer, Feeder, Blink 182, Sum 41, Placebo, Pulp, Manic Street Preachers, Kid Rock, Red Tape, Alkaline Trio, Pink Floyd, Rise Against, Good Riddance.
