ILLEGITIMATE SONS OF THE KING chisel a unique style of music in the popular landscape. They combine the raw passion of sixties’ and seventies’ Rock n’ Roll and Blues with the powerful expression of nineties’ Hip Hop. Their proficient musicianship and classical training has created a fusion of pop genres that is unique, fresh and dynamic. They are particularly noted for their popular trademark explosive performances. The London-based band formed just a year ago after the life-long friends left school. The band immediately excelled, fuelled by the increasing hype behind them from a growing fan base together with an assortment of excellent newspaper reviews. This led to prestigious support engagements for ‘The Wombats’, 'Annie Mac' and 'Klaxons’, and a headline slot at the after-party for the Paramount Pictures 'Top Gun' re-release. In their short time they have already gained substantial support from the music industry, particularly from individuals keen to see their music flourish. This support has afforded the band the brilliant opportunity to complete their current EP release in two world class studios in London.
