Jadesrain is: Aidan and Melanie Gustard. We have been writing music since we first met about seven years ago, it was something personal between aidan and myself. Aidan is an amazing piano player and everytime he played i was so jealous of his talent. The music we write is not what you would expect, the lyrics are mainly dark, about real life in all its blackness and truth. i like to express what i'm feeling and find lyrics the best way for doing that. I think we are quite raw and perhaps slightly odd. I remember once being told my style of lyric writing would never amount to anything because it was to focused on death and depression, but i disagree as these things are what we all have to face sometime or another in our lives, and anyway i cannot be what i am not!
