Lewis J. Smith is an emerging talent in folk / americana music. Hailed by Bethan Elfyn of Amazing Radio as a “brilliant young singer-songwriter,” his music is inspired by contemporary artists such as Gillian Welch, The National and Fleet Foxes, as well as the long-standing storytelling tradition at the heart of folk and country music. The resulting sound is one that is both enchanting and original, sparkling with delicate harmonies, poignant lyrics and hauntingly beautiful melodies.
Since the release of his debut EP, Moonlight & Magnolias, in December 2013, Smith has continued to establish a strong following, and has earned recognition from the BBC, The Huffington Post and numerous other media platforms. He has performed live in venues across the Warwickshire region, as well as in numerous places throughout the UK and beyond, including London and Paris
