Friends announce new track The Way through Lucky Number. Friends are Brooklyn based 3-piece fronted by Samantha Urbani.
The Way is the first new music from the band since their highly acclaimed debut LP Manifest (8/10 NME), which won support from Radio 1’s Fearne Cotton, Zane Lowe, Huw Stephens, Nick Grimshaw, 6Music, XFM amongst others.
The new track was recorded earlier this year in NYC with help from Devonté Hynes and Joey Postiglione. After packed out sets at Sheffield’s Tramlines festival and Latitude festival, Friends will be announcing more UK dates soon. “a sultry, slow-burning power ballad” Gorilla vs Bear
