TUNE Boniface - Fumbling
Boniface is pleased to announce details of his new single, ‘Fumbling’, which is streaming now on Transgressive Records.
It launches today with a video directed by Micah Visser’s bandmate and brother Joey Visser back in their hometown of St Boniface, Winnipeg.

Boniface explains of the song,
“I wrote Fumbling when I was “falling in love” which is a nice feeling, but in my experience one that’s so terrifying it starts freaking you out to the point that it stops being positive. That makes it kind of halfway between being a declaration of love and a breakup song for me. I still can’t decide which side it’s on, but it’s well intentioned and about as honest as I can get.”
‘Fumbling’ is a propulsive, synth-tinged, melody-heavy, and electro-scorched anthem. It’s less reliant on the chiming guitars than Boniface’s previous releases, but still swoops and soars in all the right places.
With an exciting future ahead of him and reliably making moving, gorgeously textured music with each assured step, Boniface joins Calpurnia and Dizzy as another fascinating and exciting new Canadian export.
Having recently concluded a North American support tour alongside Let’s Eat Grandma, Boniface is currently out on tour across the UK with Blaenavon. He will return to London next month to headline Hoxton Bar & Kitchen on the 6th November, and appears at Swn Festival in Cardiff as well as this year’s Iceland Airwaves.
