TODDLA T RETURNS VIA BRAND NEW COLLABORATION WITH MOSS KENA “REAL CONNECTION”

Following the incredible success of his Foreign Light album - which has now surpassed 8 million streams, Toddla T has today dropped a brand new single, titled “Real Connection”, which features the Kendrick Lamar co-signed Moss Kena. After collaborating with a true legend - Andrea Martin - in the making of the Foreign Light album, Toddla is now looking to shine a light on the emerging UK talent that he admires so much; utilising his capacity for fluid genres and sounds.

“Real Connection” the single, is a dose of true Toddla T magic, with a soundscape not dissimilar to the title track of the afore mentioned album. Named as one to watch for 2018 by Complex, and signed to Ministry of Sound Records / RCA Records, Moss Kena’s heavenly-toned vocal flows over a house-led beat, showcasing Toddla T’s trademark energy. Kena’s soulful vibe takes us on a tale of frustration and desire, speaking on the need for a ‘real connection’ in a desolate search for love. Speaking on the track, which comes in the wake of his debut EP Found You in 06 Moss states: “Everyone at some point in a relationship will question if what they have is real, that’s what we’re all searching for, this song is my experience of that feeling”

Toddla continues: “From the minute we made this record in my studio I fell in love with it. I’m so happy for it to see the light of day”

In the midst of a Summer of DJ sets and radio shows, Toddla’s very own “Steezey Wonderland" carnival themed events are constantly in motion, with a successful residency at Ibiza Rocks and bespoke shows in the UK. He will also play The Warehouse Project on the 5th October.

A producer in demand, Toddla has just produced the new Fredo X Young T and Bugsey single “Ay Caramba”, and has also remixed for the likes
of Jessie Ware (“Alone”), Tieks, Chaka Khan, and Popcaan (“Say A Prayer”), plus Chronixx (“I Can.”)
