TUNE Black Moth - Blackbirds Fall
The latest product of Leeds’ burgeoning rock scene, Black Moth, release their new single ‘Blackbirds Fall’ through new label New Heavy Sounds. The track is taken from their forthcoming debut album ‘The Killing Jar’ (also out 7th May) which was recorded and mixed by Jim Sclavunos, he of Bad Seeds/Grinderman fame amongst others and recent producer for The Jim Jones Review. Packed with Sabbath-sized riffs and front woman Harriet Bevan’s howling vocals, it’s already picking up early praise. The band are booked in for this year’s Camden Crawl and Live at Leeds festivals and recently supported DZ Deathrays. More shows to be announced soon.
