TUNE October Drift - Still Here
October Drift self-release new EP ‘Strange Days’ on 25th March.
A combination of mystery surrounded October drift, until now, as ‘Stranger Days’ reveals a little more of the life of a band on the road and returning home to a damp recording studio in the hills in Somerset. It is about the duality of life on the road in front of fans night after night, before returning home, to part time jobs in bars, bowling alleys and supermarkets, in a town with no music scene.
Off the back of their first singles, October Drift managed to sell out venues in cities up and down the UK. They travelled the country twice in 2015 and are set for many more dates in 2016.
To coincide with the new EP, October Drift head out on tour this March and play The Boilderoom, Guilford (21st), The Old Blue Last, London (22nd), The Bullingdon, Oxford (23rd), Moles, Bath (24th), Maguires Pizza Bar, Liverpool (25th), Deaf Institute, Manchester (26th), The Buff Club, Glasgow (27th), Bannermans, Edinburgh (28th), Oporto, Leeds (29th), Dog & Whistle, Hertford (31st), Café Indiependent, Scunthorpe (1st April), The Leadmill, Sheffield (2nd), Undertone, Cardiff (7th), The Louisiana, Bristol (9th).
