Our first album, ‘Dr Gelati and the Lemon Garden’ showcases Crawford’s self-penned songs of love, lingerie, libation and liberation, backed up by a big punchy sound, evoking classic ska, motown, new wave, big band swing and yes, polka. Our lead single ‘Mr Bond’ taps into the current 007 mania – a cinematic John Barry themed groove explodes into a crazed Balkan polka. Hang on tight, but listen carefully, this is no tribute.
