OK, it's official. We're in love with Summer Camp.

Known for their creativity both on and off stage, Elizabeth Sankey and Jeremy Warmsley produce some of the most heartfelt, yet consistently upbeat, pop songs we've had the pleasure of playing here at amazing. Their debut album Welcome to Condale was released in October 2011 through Moshi Moshi and fully deserves a Judd Nelson style, John Hughes approved, air punch. After every single listen.

The time constraints of the day itself meant that the duo took a more stripped back approach to the session - recording brilliant versions of two songs from their aforementioned debut album: Round The Moon and Brian Krakow which you can hear in the player below. The latter of which (named after possibly the BEST character from '90's TV goldmine My So Called Life) we filmed for your viewing pleasure.

This acoustic version only serves to heighten the sentiment behind the song, thus increasing all of our band-crushes further still. We're still trying to decide who we love more - Jeremy for being an absolute gent, or Elizabeth for her encyclopaedic knowledge of all things Sweet Valley High. It really is a tough call.

You can decide for yourself by checking out their page on, their gem of a website or by catching them on tour from the 13th March.
