TUNE Yodashe - Yodashe - Take Time
Take Time is a celebration of abstraction and experimentation in the lengthy and indeterminate process of honing immaterial skills. It's about our ‘playtime' in the sandpit which is essential in developing any sort of craftspersonship not directly ‘measurable’ in contemporary capitalist terms. It’s about rejecting the culture of immediate gratification and choosing to trust the process.
The structure of the song reflects this very concept; in place of a first chorus the song momentarily pauses and calls for a re-start, inviting the listener to go on a journey, with openness, playfulness and a mood for exploration.

"Yodashe’s vocal delivery is reminiscent of Cocteau Twins‘ ethereal, abstract pop and Kate Bush‘s multifaceted vocals". Beater.gr
